Very early one cold morning I was driving through the northern woods of Vermont.  The thick trees gave way to a point that overlooked incredible farmland that was blanketed in layers of fog.  As I descended in altitude the fog began to close in around me.  As I drove by a farm, it must have peaked my interest because a few minutes later I turned the car around and went back to it.  I set up my camera among the cold grass, wet with dew.  After that it was a matter of waiting for the sun to finally rise before I took the shot.  Golden rays of light begin to lift the fog off of this classic Vermont farmland.
